Art Deco-Inspired Vertical Panel Design
The distinctive vertical upholstered panels give the VELA headboard its elegant, structured appearance.
Inspired by the clean geometric lines of Art Deco interiors, this detailing introduces visual depth while maintaining a simple, contemporary silhouette.
The neatly arranged panels create an attractive focal point behind your bedding, offering a stylish alternative to plain upholstered headboards or traditional button-tufted designs.
Its generous 153cm width complements a queen-size bed, while the vertical pattern works beautifully with layered pillows and coordinated bedroom furnishings.
Plush Dark Grey Velvet Upholstery
Wrapped in soft velvet fabric, this upholstered queen bedhead introduces warmth, texture and a sophisticated finish to your sleeping space.
The dark grey colour adds visual depth and pairs beautifully with cream bedding, crisp white sheets, charcoal accessories and natural timber furniture.
Its soft fabric texture also creates an attractive contrast with smooth cotton bedding, decorative cushions and textured throws.
Whether furnishing your main bedroom or updating a guest room, the elegant velvet surface brings a welcoming decorative element to your space.
High-Density Foam for Cushioned Comfort
Beneath the velvet upholstery, high-density foam provides a padded surface for comfortable seated relaxation.
When the headboard is correctly positioned and secured, its cushioning creates a softer backing for reading, watching television or relaxing in bed.
The 8cm overall depth gives the headboard a substantial upholstered appearance while maintaining a neat profile.
Combined with your favourite pillows and bedding, the soft velvet upholstery helps create an inviting bedroom environment.
Sturdy Framework and Practical Finishing Details
The VELA headboard features a wooden framework supporting its distinctive vertical upholstered design.
The reverse side is finished with non-woven fabric, providing a neat backing behind the velvet upholstery.
An anti-scratch base adds a practical finishing detail, helping minimise scuffing where the headboard contacts surrounding surfaces.
With no furniture assembly required, the headboard offers a convenient way to refresh your bedroom with elegant upholstered styling.
Versatile Styling for Contemporary Queen Bedrooms
The dark grey velvet finish provides a beautiful foundation for a wide variety of bedroom colour schemes.
For a contemporary look, combine the headboard with crisp white bedding, minimalist bedside tables and soft ambient lighting.
For a warmer atmosphere, introduce cream textiles, natural timber furniture and textured decorative cushions.
Alternatively, pair it with charcoal furnishings and metallic accents to create an Art Deco-inspired bedroom setting.
The understated vertical detailing allows the bedhead to remain a stylish focal point even as your bedding and decorative accessories change.
